So I finally decided to spring for a Logo for my website that is under construction and the root of my current fustrations. I ran across Nicole from NB Creative on Etsy. She does amazing work and her prices are beyond reasonable. I love her aesthetic. She does all types of graphic and website design. I’m really excited to see what she comes up with for me.

These amazing prints can be found at yellena’s etsy shop. They are about 8.5×11 and start at only $20!

Also featured on Design Sponge. I couldn’t help also posting on this artist.

I really got sucked in to her amazing story. She Lives in Oregon now with her musician husband and two cats. She was born in Sarajevo and lived there until 1995, when the civil war ended. Living in Sarajevo during the war she actually had to sneak past snipers to attend a high school for the arts. After receiving her BA in graphic design she made her way out west.

Lucky us.

conduit

I stumbled on this restaurant on a whim. I was intrigued by the use of steel conduit as the feature design element. As I stared through the glass window mesmerized they were very glad to open the door and give me a tour even though they were not even open for the evening. This is officially on my list for the next restaurant to try. They serve a fusion of American, French and Italian. Definitely worth checking out for the design alone.
